This is the annual round-up of 2020 listing my hottest podcasts of the year as determined by a mix of downloads/streams.
Granted, 2020 was not the best year for many of us. My DJ career came to an abrupt stop in March 2020 when gigs started to be cancelled and then drying up. I have not DJ’d to a live crowd since then only finding some salvation from online gigs for the fetish club Hard On.
I still continued to create mixes and podcasts during 2020 and these are the most popular.
By far the biggest mix of them all was my virtual Pride mix called BIG GAY DAY IN…a mix of funky remixes, nu disco, uplifting house and original mixes from massive hots from the 70s, 80s & 90s. It really was a big gay day in for many after Pride celebrations around the world were cancelled.
Sexy dirty beats also feature heavily in my top 5 in the form of my Hard On mixes which make up 3 out of the 5 top spots.

1. BIG GAY DAY IN
Gaining a reputation for one of the gayest mixes ever made this podcast became the surrogate celebration for the global cancellations of Prides. Made up of a mix of remixed house and pop plus original tunes from the 70s, 80s, and 90,s…no other mix I made in 2020 was gayer than this!.
2. HARD ON VIRTUAL- THE LOCKDOWN MIX
As London’s hottest fetish club had to contend with the pandemic it decided to take it online to spread some fetish love. This mix was made for the first of those Hard On Virtual parties. Keeping faithful to the Hard On sound the beats got down and dirty only matched by the action on-screen
3. HO17: COCKDOWN IN LOCKDOWN
This mix celebrated 17 years of the Hard On Club…the first time in its long history there was no clubbing event, instead, taking it online into the virtual world. With London in lockdown, the podcast put together some of the latest dirty and underground house to celebrate 17 years of the infamous club with a look to the future until we can meet again on a dancefloor.
4. HARD ON VIRTUAL: LOCKDOWN MIX 3
Hard On continued to bring its fetish brand to a virtual world, and this summer mix merged together traditional Hard On Anthems and a selection of new dirty beats to become the soundtrack for the third of Hard On Virtual parties.
