London’s horniest fetish night HARD ON has moved to a new venue giving the club a whole new lease of life. Along with it a whole selection of new tracks have been added to my HARD ON sets, most of which can be found here on my latest podcast.
This podcast contains a dirty and sexy mix of progressive, dirty, sexy and arse pounding beats. Tougher than my normal podcasts, this is part of mine & Hard On’s plan to bring fetish into the 20th century integrating new fetishes, creating a ‘dirty’ yet accessible image and adding funk to the beats. It was thought ‘hard sex’ had to have hard house’…when Hard House was popular that may have been the case, but on BUTT FU*KING BEATS we prove that all because you hace changed your trousers and tie for chaps and harness that your taste in music need to change too.
With HARD ON fresh take on fetish, they have successfully integrated sex and clubbing, made it appeal to a hotter and younger crowd and invented the Dirty Dance Club. Now at UNION, that dance club just got dirtier and this is the soundtrack.

Hot Wired is London’s biggest underground leather party that debuted on the London scene in 2010. A collaboration between Hard On & Rut, this miniCast is a 10 track selection of some of the styles and tunes I will be playing at this super sexy event.

Podcast: HARD ON- Putting The Funk Into Fetish Mix
HARD ON has helped redefine FETISH in London by being the leading gay fetish club and challenging the old mentality about what fetish is, how the music should sound and who is attracted to it…and this is my contribution to this sound.
Fetish is going through a transition from underground to mainstream and in this transitional period HARD ON redefined itself as London’s dirty dance club. Now, moving towards its 8th Birthday it is about to throw down the gauntlet again to help modernise fetish for the 21st Century.
Part of this process is moving venues to a more intimate club. The third room will be gone, with a room for play and a room for clubbing. The biggest challenges are the club room where the music needs to remain accessible to the younger generation who believe ‘putting on a pair of chaps may change your sexual preferences, but it certainly doesn’t change your taste in music’. The second challenge is to keep the old school happy with music that is sexy, underground and not only good to dance to but to fuck too as well.
On this PUTTING THE FUNK INTO FETISH mix I showcase many tracks you will know, some you won’t, and others you will grow to love. It takes the sexy approach…driving bass lines, uplifting crescendos, underground yet accessible. Familiar classics remixed, pure pumping sounds and arse banging beats combine to create my vision for a fetish soundtrack. You haven’t seen a guy shake his ass like he does in chaps! Add boots, and it pure ‘dirty dance club’ at its horniest.
I do not expect the hardcore lovers to go for this immediately, but step out of the past and into the future….otherwise you will go the way of the dinosaurs. The growing fetish market is definetly the younger and the curious. Hard On has shown by the amount of younger fetish crowd dropping in that their modern approach will help define the ‘dirty dance club’ and its relationship to fetish for a few years to come…and this is your soundtrack. Put some funk in your fucking and some fucking in your funk!

HustlaBall London 2010: Cruising The Hard On Room Mix
HustlaBall London 2010: Hard On Mix
This year I am opening the HARD ON room at the HustlaBall London. This special promotional mix reflects two things, my Hard On style and the time slot that I am playing. When people enter the venue I will be one of the first DJs they will hear…so creating an accessible soundtrack is important. At the same time, I need to reflect the HARD ON feel; so on this promo mix I have opted for a more progressive, rhythmic and sexy feel to my music. There is a strong percussive and latin feel to embrace the passion and this is underpinned by some dirty bass lines and beats in line with the sexual/porn star/gogo vibe of the event. I am aiming at the hip where standing still is not an option. I want people to be unaware that they are grooving to the beat while checking out their surroundings and the hunks that are guaranteed to pack the place out. That is why I called it ‘cruising’ the HARD ON Room. I want the music to be sexy but not overpowering, edgy but not noisy, accessible but not commercial. Sure, I have added a couple of classic remixes that feature some uplifting vocal only to be counterbalanced by a rhythmic and dirty beat. Perhaps this preface to the is mix is to cerebral, so enough talk and more action! Just press play (or click on the cover) and have a listen and let me know what you think….
